What SeatedX is
SeatedX is a pay-per-show annuity appointment company for licensed annuity producers and retirement-income advisors. We find retirement savers with $250K+ in investable or rollover assets. A SeatedX setter calls every one of them and records the call on video to confirm they qualify. Our own booking software puts the appointment on your calendar and sends the reminders. You get the recording, you show up, and you pay a flat $1,000 only when the appointment is seated.

Why we exist
Why we charge only for seated appointments
Most lead vendors get paid when a prospect fills in a form. The producer then dials, qualifies, books and chases, and still pays for the prospects who never turn up. SeatedX takes that work on and carries the cost of a no-show. The only thing we charge for is a seated appointment.
How we work

Every call is recorded on video
We record each setter call on video, and you get the recording for every appointment. You can watch it before you meet the prospect.
We run our own booking software
SeatedX built and runs its own software for booking, reminders and tracking. You don't need a CRM, and you don't chase confirmations.
You only pay for seated appointments
An appointment is seated when the prospect shows up and qualifies. No-shows and prospects who don't qualify cost $0.
Who we work with
Built for licensed annuity producers
We work with licensed annuity agents, producers and retirement-income advisors who would rather spend their time in meetings than on the phone. Each appointment goes to one agent, and we never share or resell it.
Your job is to show up and run the conversation. The outcome is yours, and results vary from agent to agent.
Our standard for a seated appointment
- $250K+ in investable or rollover assets.
- Aged 55–75.
- Retired, or within about 5 years of retiring.
- Shows up to the appointment.

Pricing
One flat price of $1,000 per seated appointment
The price is the same at every asset level: CORE at $250K–$499K, PLUS at $500K–$999K and PREMIER at $1M+. There are no lead fees.
