Guide
Best annuity lead companies
A factual comparison of annuity lead and appointment vendors based on what they publish. SeatedX is our company and is labelled as such.
What is the short answer?
There is no single "best" annuity lead company for every agent. The right vendor depends on whether you want raw leads, live transfers, booked appointments or pay-per-show meetings, and on exclusivity, proof of qualification and when you pay. This guide compares publicly stated offers from several vendors, including SeatedX (our own company), so you can ask better questions before you buy.
Prices and policies change. Confirm everything with the vendor. We only list facts that were published on each vendor's site when we checked them on 5 October 2026.
How to judge
How should you compare annuity lead companies?
- Unit of sale. Lead, live transfer, booked appointment or showed/seated appointment?
- Exclusivity. Is the household yours alone?
- Qualification proof. Survey only, phone confirm, or recorded setter call?
- No-show policy. Billed, credited or replaced?
- Asset and age criteria. Written in the agreement?
- Your time. Who dials and books?

Public facts
What do leading vendors publish about themselves?
SeatedX is included and labelled as our company. Other rows use only public homepage or pricing-page claims.

| The Lead Authority | Pay-per-show appointments | Price not listed as a fixed public sticker on the homepage we checked; contact for details | States pay only for appointments that show; no-shows / under-$250K replaced free; ages 60–75 with $250K+ movable assets |
| AnnuityOrigin | Show-verified / qualified show-ups | Prepaid packages priced per showed, qualified appointment; exact number given on a discovery call | No-show = $0; exclusive households; written criteria; positions for advisors writing substantial annuity production |

| Advanced Agent Marketing | Agent marketing brand (site is app-rendered) | No clear public annuity price table retrieved from the homepage HTML on our check | Ask them directly what unit they sell (leads vs appointments) and whether appointments are exclusive |
| RSH Leads | Lead vendor (limited crawlable homepage content on our check) | Not verified from public HTML on 5 October 2026 | Confirm lead type, exclusivity and TCPA consent in writing before buying |
We do not invent missing prices. Empty cells mean the vendor did not publish a clear figure we could verify.
Matching
Which type of company fits which agent?
- You have diallers and CRM capacity. Exclusive web leads or live transfers (for example InsureLeads' published formats) can work if exclusivity and consent are solid.
- You want calendar meetings without dialling. Pay-per-show / seated vendors (SeatedX, Virtual Blue, The Lead Authority, AnnuityOrigin as published) remove that work.
- You need proof before the meeting. Prefer vendors that record or document the setter call. SeatedX sends you the video recording.
- You hate paying for empty chairs. Prefer show- or seated-based billing with a written no-show rule.
SeatedX
Where does SeatedX sit in this comparison?
SeatedX is a pay-per-seated annuity appointment company operated by REOM LLC. We are not a neutral ratings bureau. We publish this comparison so agents can see the same public facts we see.
Our offer: exclusive appointments, a setter call recorded on video for every booking, our own booking software, and $1,000 only when the appointment is seated. Read how it works and appointment cost.
Before you buy
What should you ask any annuity lead company?
- What exact event triggers my invoice?
- Is each household exclusive to me?
- What are the written asset, age and intent criteria?
- Can I review the qualifying call?
- What happens on no-shows and off-criteria shows?
- Who owns consent and do-not-call compliance after handoff?
Red flags
What are warning signs when shopping annuity lead companies?
- They will not put the billing trigger in the agreement.
- They call leads "exclusive" but will not define exclusive in writing (household, zip, or campaign).
- They refuse to show any sample of how prospects are qualified.
- They pressure a large prepay before you see one meeting.
- They mix final expense, Medicare and annuity traffic without saying so.
- They guarantee closes or income. No appointment vendor controls your close.
Method
How we built this comparison
We fetched each vendor's public site on 5 October 2026 and recorded only claims that appear there: unit of sale, published prices, asset filters and exclusivity language. Where a site is heavily app-rendered and does not expose pricing in HTML, we say so instead of guessing. SeatedX figures come from our own published offer.
This page is not a paid ranking, a survey or an affiliate list. If a vendor updates pricing, their site wins over this page until we refresh it.
Next step
How do you run a fair vendor test?
Pick two vendors with the same unit of sale. Buy a small packet from each. Track seated conversations and submitted applications for 30 days with the same agents and the same calendar rules. Keep the source that produces better cost per qualified conversation, not the one with the louder sales call.
If you are comparing exclusive leads specifically, read exclusive annuity leads. If you advise retirement clients and want FA-framed lead options, read annuity leads for financial advisors.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Which annuity lead company is best?
It depends on whether you need leads or seated appointments, exclusivity, proof of qualification and no-show rules. Compare those items, not brand slogans.
Is SeatedX a lead company?
SeatedX sells pay-per-seated annuity appointments, not raw lead lists. Price is $1,000 per seated appointment.
How do Virtual Blue and SeatedX differ on price?
Both publish $1,000 per showed or seated appointment on their sites. SeatedX also emphasises a video-recorded setter call delivered to the agent. Confirm current terms with each vendor.
Should I trust unpublished prices?
No. If a vendor will not put the billing trigger in writing, do not buy.
